Taking
follow-ups with the buyer can help in a great way as I had the same
experiencing of engaging a buyer through Follow-Ups. My buyer who is from Nepal and runs a cinema
theater and has been investing in the Casino business as well had been talking
to me on calls and exchanging emails and he was interested in visiting our company.
He gave me
his details regarding the visit and he had a visit of 3 days. He visited the
company and had discussion with the management regarding the prices and he used
to spend 5 to 6 hours daily in the company and the buyer got confused in the
prices as there were some changes in the prices.
After going
to the company for 2 consecutive days and spending 6 hours daily he now said
that he wants it to be finalized today as he doesn’t want to go back to his
country without getting the result as he wanted to place the order. The only
difference was coming in the prices of the 5D Cinema Motion Chairs which is
being sorted out.
Now the
buyer in conversation with the company and the he is going through the
negotiation phase as he trusts our company because he considers us as the
biggest & best 5D Cinema System Manufacturers.
